How long have you been in business?
i've been in the buisness for about 15yrs.
What is your primary product or service?
Heating and airconditioning svc.,installation,and maintanance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
i got started when i was 16yrs old working as a helper for a friend that owned a homeimprovement co., and started out as helper, then a framer, and then got into converting basements into a family entertainment rm., bath/kit upgrades, tile. i also was a mgr. for a hardware store and got more exposure to different types of tools,sp. equipments, and so on.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
i'm a perfectionist. i like to do the job the right way first time and only the first time. i belive in quality work and perfect appearance of craftsmanship. im very resourcefull for products and materials to help my client's safe money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
right now im only located in morristown, but would like to expand the buisness in time. as we grow and have more referals which is very important to success!
What type of payments do you accept?
i accept personal checks, bank check, and payment's if needed. depends on amount and arrangement's.
Which areas do you service?
nj area's Morristown,Madison,Livingston,Ringwood,West Orange,and other. call and will discuss.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
im the owner. and will take by oppointments only.
