I've been teaching computers for 20 years.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've always enjoyed working on computers and have a knack for teaching so I coupled the two together and here I am.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide patient, one-on-one, hands-on computer lessons with a focus on calming your tech-anxieties. I'm not just a computer guru, I am a teacher and am able to explain technology in layman's terms to make it easier for you to learn.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I travel to my clients within a 10 mile radius of Springfield NJ. If they are willing to meet me, we can do that too (at a local coffee shop or library). I am also available all day Friday in NYC. In addition, I offer remote training over the Internet through Skype.
